Start with the application form to reserve your package, with or without an exhibit tabletop. We'll send you an invoice. APHMG is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit, Tax ID 72-132-1075.

- Logo on the meeting website and in the program
- Logo on the opening and closing slides
- Everything in Bronze, plus:
- Logo with a link to your website
- Your promotional material in attendee packets
- Everything in Silver, plus:
- Exhibit tabletop with 2 chairs in the foyer, steps from the plenary sessions
- 1 complimentary exhibitor registration
- Everything in Gold, plus:
- A 30-minute sponsor-run session to present your materials or products (confirm by March 1)
- 1 additional delegate registration (2 total)
- 100-word marketing statement in the program

Cancellation policy
Sponsorships cancelled after January 1 and before April 1 are refunded at 50%. There are no refunds after April 1.

Other ways to support the meeting
General contribution
Send a check payable to APHMG with a cover letter stating the amount or level and any conditions. If the APHMG Council may use the gift at its discretion, please say so in the letter.
Donate books
Reference books make popular door prizes at the business meeting, and a book donation can count toward a sponsor level.
