The APHMG Membership Committee has diligently reviewed our current membership structure with the aim of providing more equitable, inclusive and flexible options while ensuring the sustainability of our membership revenue. We are excited to announce our new membership model that will keep costs low per individual while accommodating both institutions with a single member and institutions with with up to 10 members, and will apply uniformly to both domestic and international member institutions.
Our new tiered approach for institutional memberships is as follows:
- Level 1: $300 – A single institutional representative
- Level 2: $400 – 2-4 institutional representatives
- Level 3: $600 – 5-7 institutional representatives
- Level 4: $800 – 8-10 institutional representatives
These adjustments were implemented starting October 1, 2023 for all new and renewing memberships for the 2024 year and beyond. We believe that these changes will result in more equitable pricing, ensuring that the benefits of institutional membership remain accessible to all.
All membership types include individual members from the SAME institution, each with full access to all member resources. One institutional member will be designated as the "Bundle Coordinator". The Bundle Coordinator has the ability to add/remove members from your institution's membership group. Note: For level 1, the coordinator will be the member. For Levels 2-4, the primary representative for the institution (“Bundle Coordinator”) should be the main contact who will be responsible for renewing the annual membership.
APHMG membership is on an annual basis per calendar year (Jan 1-Dec 31).
Fees are not pro-rated. However, new members joining in the last month of the calendar year will automatically receive 1 complimentary month of membership in the current year, for a total of 13 months membership in the initial year at the regular annual rate.

Total # Members allowed | 1 | up to 4 | up to 7 | up to 10 |

| How to Renew Your MembershipExisting APHMG member institutional coordinators will automatically receive an email reminder in mid-November to renew their membership for the following year. Simply click the link in the email to renew and pay your dues. You may also login at any time to your APHMG account and click on Member Profile to renew your membership. An additional email reminder will be sent to any non-renewed members in early December and again on January 1. If you do not renew your membership prior to January 1, you will have a 30-day grace period in the new year to renew, with reminders sent on January 15 & 30. After January 30, non-renewed members will automatically lapse and all member benefits and access to member-only pages and resources will cease. Memberships not renewed for >12 months will be suspended and you will need to contact manager@aphmg.org to reinstate your account.
Memberships may be renewed for multiple years in advance! Follow the same steps above to renew at any time throughout the year. Make sure to check the expiration date of the new term to be sure you are renewing through the desired date. If you need to change the bundle coordinator for your institution, please contact us. |
