PLEASE READ the information found on the Social Events page before completing the registration form.

Events that are included with your registration fee require you to OPT IN to ensure that we have accurate headcounts for meals, transportation, etc.  You will not be able to add these events onsite if you did not RSVP for them in advance, as our vendors require final numbers 2-3 weeks prior to the meeting.
