Cancellation Policy
- From registration to April 1, 2023, paid attendees may cancel their registration with full refund, less a $50 cancellation fee. After April 15, 2023, no refunds will be given for any cancellations or no-shows.
- If your cancellation is due to testing positive for Covid-19, you will receive a full refund without cancellation fee penalty. Requests for Covid-related cancellations must be received in writing prior to the conference start date and be accompanied with proof of positive test results.

- All cancellations must be provided in writing. Written cancellations must be emailed to info@aphmg.org.
- We understand that plans may change due to circumstances beyond your control. If you are unable to attend the APHMG Annual Meeting, you may transfer your registration to another individual without penalty. Identify the person attending in your place and provide complete contact information.
- If you must cancel, please do so in writing prior to the deadline. APHMG will refund your fees according to the schedule above. We regret that we cannot refund any fees after April 15, 2022, as we must submit complete commitments for our meeting vendors
Proof of Vaccination Required to Attend
The APHMG 2022 Annual Meeting is being planned as an in-person event. In an effort to protect the health of APHMG meeting participants, APHMG staff, exhibitors and facility staff, all meeting attendees participating in person will be required to provide proof that they are fully vaccinated.
- Attendees will be be required to show their proof of vaccination when checking in onsite for the meeting.
- APHMG strongly recommends testing at home prior to travel to the meeting. Proof of positive test will be required to request a full refund.
- APHMG encourages the use of masks in all public spaces at the hotel for the health and safety of all attendees.
