How can I reserve a Sponsorship Package?
To reserve a Sponsorship package (with or without an exhibit tabletop), just complete the Sponsorship Application Form and we will send you an invoice for payment.
How can I contribute?
The easiest way to donate support for the APHMG Annual Meeting is to send a check payable to APHMG. A cover letter should accompany the contribution stating the support amount/level and any special conditions of APHMG for the contribution. If the contribution may be used at the discretion of the APHMG Council, it must be specifically stated.
Book donations in kind:
Another way to become a sponsor is to donate books for the sponsor level. We have door prizes during the business meeting and participants appreciate having a reference book as the prize.
For questions or for credit card contributions, please email the APHMG Meeting Management Office at info@aphmg.org.
