Sponsorship

The Association of Professors of Human and Medical Genetics (APHMG) is seeking sponsorship to help support its annual workshops and to support its overall goal which is to stimulate and support education in the fields of human and medical genetics and to promote academic programs in North American Medical and Graduate Schools.

Each spring, the APHMG holds its annual workshop which provides a forum for informative and stimulating discussion through which key leaders and decision makers in universities across North America share experiences and learn from each other.

Contributions from industry and private foundations help the organizers subsidize speaker expenses and operating costs. Contributions are an ideal way to gain prime, credible exposure and make a long term impact among a highly influential audience. The Association of Professors of Human and Medical Genetics (APHMG) is a non-profit, (501(c)3) tax-exempt organization. APHMG Tax ID: 72-132-1075.

Platinum Level - $3,500

• Hyperlink to your Company Web site from the APHMG Website (to remain on the Web site for 6 months)

• Listing in the Program as a major supporter

• Company brochure distributed to each participant

• Brochure/Flyer included in combined table-top exhibit display

• Thank you on slides throughout the meeting

• List of attendees with mailing/email address provided (one time use only)

• 1 complimentary meeting registration for the APHMG Workshop (Thursday/Friday)

Gold Level - $2,500

• Listing in the Program as a major supporter

• Company brochure distributed to each participant

• Brochure/Flyer included in combined table-top exhibit display

• Thank you slide on the first day of the meeting

Silver Level - $1,500

• Listing in the Program as a major supporter

• Company brochure distributed to each participant

• Brochure/Flyer included in combined table-top exhibit display

Bronze Level – under $500

• Listing in the Program as a supporter

A cover letter should accompany the contribution stating the support amount/level and any special conditions of APHMG for the contribution. If the contribution may be used at the discretion of the APHMG Council, it must be specifically stated. About the Association

The Association of Professors was incorporated in 1995 to promote human and medical genetics educational programs in North American medical and graduate schools. More than ninety institutions are now official members of the Association.

The Association holds an annual 2-3 day workshop that deals with medical genetics educational issues. The Association is involved in a variety of other academic activities throughout the year.
