Reservations Deadline: March 19, 2010
The APHMG 2010 meeting will take place at The
Silverado Hotel and Resort, 1600 Atlas Peak
Road, Napa Valley, CA 94558. Telephone Numbers:
(707) 257-0200 or (800) 532-0500. A special
block of rooms has been set aside for APHMG
attendees.
Rate Information All rooms in the
APHMG block are
one-bedroom fireplace suites. APHMG is
being offered the special rate of $180/night
(plus a mandatory $20 resort fee and applicable taxes, currently 12%). The
total rate per night including the resort fee
and taxes is $221.60. The rate is
available beginning Tuesday, April 13th through
Saturday, April 17th.
We urge you to make your hotel
reservation as soon as you register. Rooms will
be available at the discounted group rate until
Friday, March 19. After this date or if the room
block should sell out prior to this date,
reservations will be accepted on a
space-and-rate available basis and may not be
offered at the discounted group rate.
Hotel
Deposit A deposit consisting of the
first night room charge, taxes and resort fee
($221.60) will be immediately charged to your
credit card. The remaining nights will be
charged upon check-in.
Hotel Cancellation
Cancellations can be made without penalty up to
7 days prior to your first day of arrival.
Cancellations made within 7 days of arrival must
forfeit payment for the entire stay.
Pre/Post Stays
If you plan to arrive
earlier or stay later, please make your
reservation by calling The Silverado Hotel and Resort at
(800) 532-0500 or (707) 257-0200. Refer to
group/promotional code APHMG2010. The
special rate is available starting April 11th
through April 18th (based on availability).
Special Needs/ADA The
Silverado Hotel and Resort is in compliance with
current ADA regulations. All public areas are
ADA accessible - restaurants, bars, meeting
rooms, main pool and restrooms. If you require
an ADA guestroom, contact the Silverado Hotel
and Resort directly by calling (707) 257-0200 or

55 miles – approximately 75 minutes
Oakland International Airport (OAK)
50 miles – approximately 60 minutes
Sacramento International Airport (SMF)
45 miles – approximately 60 minutes
Travel times from the airport may
vary depending on the time you are traveling. If
possible, we suggest you avoid arriving during
rush hour.

approximately $45. Please anticipate 90-120
